Find out about our manufacturing processes, ranging from hot foil stamping to embossing, printing, die-cutting and shaping !
Hot foil stamping with gold, silver or any other colors intensifies the luxury dimension of the blotters. This finish gives a unique brightness to the olfactory support.
When embossed, the blotter changes its surface. It combines the quality of the olfactory result and the aesthetic of the support. Embossing can be done on bulk blotters or on booklets of blotters.
When hot-foil stamping and embossing are combined in one run, the result is precision & speed of excecution. Several types of curves are possible : rounded, pyramidal and flat rounded bottom. We’ll be happy to help you create your own curves based on your project.
The offset printing lightens the blotter with various pantone colors. Manufactured with low scent low migration inks, it is environment friendly. Your blotter will definitely stand out if it is printed with your logo (on the back or on the front).
This technique of punch & mastering works by using the shape of the matrix to create various reliefs on the perfume card paper. This dry stikes process without any counterpart or hot foil films, will give a nice « trompe l’œil » effect to your blotter (our production La tentation de Nina).
We can create any shape you desire bearing in mind the technical constraint to manufacture the cutting tool. (our production : Chantal Thomass).
We offer a variety of shapes such as : blocks of blotters, booklets of blotters or Traffic Stopper (mix of perfume card paper & textile).
A pop-up cutting is used on a blotter (folding technique to create an original communication support) so that an object, a letter or a word is highlighted.
